the restaurant at The Art Institute of Philadelphia

When you dine at Petite Passion, you are a guest in a restaurant being operated by students studying Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Philadelphia. These students each spend eleven weeks in Petite Passion, either preparing your meal or in the dining room as your server. Each student gains valuable dining room knowledge while preparing to be a successful chef.

Over the course of their schooling, our students study International, Classical, and American Regional cooking. They spend time in Baking, Pastry and Dessert Presentation as well. At Petite Passion, the students bring together the skills they have learned over their first year to create a delicious and varied menu.

At Petite Passion, it is our pleasure to present to you the lessons of the students of Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
